The house is from 1977 and in really good condition. The whole house is decorated in Scandinavian style and super cosy. The house contains 4 bedrooms with 160 cm beds, double duvets and 2 pillows. In each bedroom there are wardrobes, a mirror, lounge chair and a coat rack. In the living room you will find a large sofa, TV with Apple TV and various Japanese TV channels. In the dining room you will find a large dining table with room for 8 people. The kitchen is large and equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave and hob. There is everything in the kitchen from plates, glasses, order, pots, pans, bowls etc. The house has a toilet and a bathroom with a shower, tub and a washing machine. Bed linen, sheets and towels in the house. There is parking for 2 cars just in front of the house.
この家は1977年に建てられたもので、非常に良い状態にあります。家全体がスカンジナビアスタイルで装飾されており、とても居心地が良いです。この家にはベッドルームが 4 室あり、160 cm のベッド、ダブルサイズの羽毛布団、枕 2 つが備わっています。各ベッドルームにはワードローブ、鏡、ラウンジチェア、コートラックが備わっています。リビングルームには大きなソファ、Apple TV、さまざまな日本のテレビチャンネルを備えたテレビがあります。ダイニングルームには8名様までご利用いただける大きなダイニングテーブルがございます。キッチンは広く、冷蔵庫、オーブン、電子レンジ、コンロが備わっています。キッチンには皿、グラス、注文品、鍋、フライパン、ボウルなど、すべてが揃っています。家にはトイレ、バスルーム（シャワー、浴槽、洗濯機付）があります。ベッドリネン、シーツ、タオルは室内にあります。家のすぐ前に2台分の駐車場があります
The local area 地元の地域
The house is located in a small, very cozy traditional Japanese town called Kyogoku, which has a supermarket, butcher, petrol station, post office, bakery, Seicomart and a few eateries in the town. 10 minutes from the house is the town of Kutchan, which is the largest town in the area where most things can be bought. 2 hours by car from the house you will find Sapporo, which is a mini version of Tokyo and definitely a visit each. The house is very well located between Niseko and Rusutsu, so for those who want to use both resorts it is absolutely perfect. It takes approx. 15-20 minutes by car to both Niseko and Rusutsu. There are also good touring options nearby such as Yotei and Shirubetsu dake.
この家は、京極と呼ばれる小さくてとても居心地の良い伝統的な日本の町にあり、町にはスーパーマーケット、肉屋、ガソリンスタンド、郵便局、パン屋、セイコーマート、そしていくつかの飲食店があります。家から10分のところに倶知安町があり、この地域で一番大きな町でほとんどの物は揃います。家から車で 2 時間のところに、東京のミニバージョンである札幌があり、ぜひ訪れてください。ニセコと留寿都の間の好立地にあるので、両方のリゾートを利用したい方には最適です。およそかかります。ニセコ、留寿都まで車で15～20分。近くには羊蹄山尻別岳などのツーリングスポットもあります
